I am building a shed for my tractors.I have no more than 800 sq. ft. to work with(township troubles).Would you guys go with----- 20x40--22x36--25x32--????? Where would you put the doors and how many?

You always want to go with even dimensions, less waste on materials that way.

If the building is just for storage, I would only go one tractor deep.....I hate to have to move tractors to get to the one in the back.....On row crop tractors you can back one in and pull one next to it about 20' deep and ~12' wide..... .I Would say 22'x36'..... .3 ....9'doors plus a side 36" walk in door.....no windows.....small glass windows in doors..... cant break into shop that way.....

Windows or no windows has no effect on theft from what seen. sledge hammmer still knock hole thru wall

If you are going to put the doors on the long side, I would go with the 25 x 32 so you can pull a tractor into a bay and work all around it, If doors are to be on the short side, I would go 22 x 36 with work space in front of the tractors. If you cant spread out, I would ry to go up and allow for upstairs storage.
