There was an ad in the Photo ads that I responded to on Sept.19 2006

I couldn't get to his place because of harvest.

Would like to find out if he sold the item yet.

I lost the phone number and I don't know if he is checking his email been 4 days since I sent the email.

Is there anyway to get the phone numbers from the old ads on here?

Might try posting on Forum Feedback also, but I thought you guys might know.

Gary

Hey Gary, why can't you just check you phone bill for that time frame. Should be listed on bill. If you use cell phone it should also be on your cell bill.

You can go to the photo ad archives and put the type in the type of tractor in the search engine.
Alot of tractors will come up, but you may find the one you are looking for.

The telephone number will come up if the seller put it in the top part of the add. If it is located in the bottom part of the add, that information is erased.

Mornin Gary

The first tractor I drove with no assistance was a MM R.I was 8 years old.

So I thought I might like to have one if one comes along.

Whats the difference between a R and a RT.

Dad farmed with all Minnies till 1960 or so.
Had a U, UB and R.

Gary:

I'm not an expert, but my first tractor experience was also an MM. It was a U on lp on the farm out in Kansas. LP's were common out there. My grandfather purchased it new. My dad and my brother both owned it and my brother traded it. Was not able to find it, so I found one as close to the same as I could find. I restored it last winter and took it on the WMT tractor ride last summer.

The serial number lists that I use do not show an R. It shows that all R's are three letters - RT something. The something denotes the model, as in utility, narrow, etc. Send me an e-mail and we can discuss further. The guys down on the MM board are a great source of information also.

Welcome to MM!!

What was the item in the ad. If you tell us maybe that person will see it and respond. I dunno, don't think they give out phone #'s in the photo ad archive. You could try to contact Kim and ask her. The item could have been sold.

I got a note into Kim and we will see if she can help.

Just trying to make sure its not still available.
