I agree, get a double or quad flash amber strobe to put on top of the cab or rops, make sure all your front lights work, your fender or cab mounted hazard flashers work and turn off them darn rear field floods. I have seen way to many guys that leave them all on when on the road at night, makes passing the tractor hard as your blinded by them. Try to use side roads and seldom used roads as much as possible. Cheers and be carefull. Mike

I'm not sure about NY laws but if it was me I'd go the extra mile. I'd have flashers out as far as the outside edges of the tires, weights or axles whatever sticks out the most. Red to the rear and yellow to the front. Your SMV of course, in good condition. Don't turn on your rear field lights, they'll blind someone behind you. And I'd also get one of those little magnetic flashers like the undercover cops stick on their cars, but in yellow not red or blue. Stick that on the top of your ROPS. And be careful.
