Missed it yesterday, went back and read but need to share mine, not the best but could have been worse. Went out on the deer stand again, got a call on the cell/vibrator, wifes fallen down the stairs at work and broke her ankle, 2 places. They had her in the Workmans Comp area and just after I found her in walks the same Dr. that misdiagonsed my cancer and damn near killed me. He was going to going to be her Dr. Da#n; I nearly got him but he ran right out. He was gone for several years, now back working for the W/C people. I called them today and told them they better check him out, Mayo raised cob and he left the hospital here. Most Dr. are good I am sure but dont be afraid to get a second opinon. Wife is fine now, sees the bone Dr tomorrow and gets a cast then if the swelling is down. Bob

Well, todayn is the last day in have to do my dads chores in the middle of the day while he's gone to California for some training for work. He comes back late Staurday night, but now I will atleast be home at chore time in the evening to help out, vs. being at work from 1:25-11:45 at night. I still ahve one class tomorrow, and I have to make one last call about renting a disc-chisel for Sat/Sun, and I have to haul poo on a good portion of the feilds yet. Dad should be able to haul on sunday while I go at it with the chisel plow. Still one feild I'm gonna moldboard plow, but that can wait till after the chisel plow is back.

Shoulda been done with it over a month ago, but dad lost his job and we ran out of fuel while putting up the corn. Now he's back at a former employer (Safety Kleen) and he has to go through all the training for hazardous waste, even thoguh he still knows a good portion of it. He likes it there, and the only reason he lost his job ther in the past was because they went bankrupt. Now they're re-organized, a bunch of guys he hired are still there, and he has a chance to make a commision on top of his SALARY wage.

Not like his last job where he was forced to sit with his thumb up his ... until quitting time, even though the boss man was complaining about the other guys putting in too much overtime when they just sat around all day..... . He would have rather been home doing something productive but he couldn't...

Any ways, my day went pretty good over all. Made it to school on time (7:30 class, hard as heck for me to make it ther on time, or at all), did the chores I had to do in the barn, went to work and had an easy job for the last 2 weeks, then went to the bar with the guys for a beer & a couple yager bombs. Now I gotta shower and go to bed, and start the rat race all over again in about 5 1/2 hours.... Can't wait to be done with school..... ..

How'd the day go? Well, hauled a lot of crap and 2 loads were the real good, just as it comes out of the cow poop-sloppy. Well when ya load this slop in the spreader and ya are close to a full load and you go to tilt the bucket.... well my foot was a little hard on the peddle so I got a good shower- YUCK YUCK YUCK. Geez I hate that. If youve done it ya know what I am talking bout. Tommorow is the youngstock shelter so it should be good and sticky.

welp, I was up at 6, took my meds, had a bite and headed to the farm, gave the cattle a quick feed and was to a contractor's by 8 AM. We worked all day on a bathroom installing green board and new cartridges in the Moen shower valves. Put in 8 hours and stopped at the farm on the way home and fed the bovines again. Tomorrow we have to tile and grout and we have several plumbing jobs in the same house, kitchen faucettes, toilette valves etc. I hate the new time change, dark around 5:30 in the afternoon...nonsense!

The doctors at Mayo killed my father this year by NOT taking requested-required colonoscopy tests a year ago...this is one of the most curable kinds of cancer out there...They stumbled all over themselves apologizing, didn"t matter, when they finally had to remove his colon it was the size of a football. My Dad died this last July. I have two other friends that they (MAYO) screwed up, even forgetting to replace one ladys" short ribs after an operation...How in hell do you do that?
They couldn"t find a bad Gall Bladder in another friend...but the clinic in Hibbing did on the first examination. Everyone within a hundred mile radius around here knows about "The Clinic"

I had well pump problems todays. Got ants on the pressure switch and shorted out. Good thing this is a common problem so I had a spare switch.

I have that problem every summer. I clean up the points and spray around the switch.

Well I went to the Dentist and have the sweetest Hygienist that she can do whatever she wants in my mouth. I bought some things for the angel tree that they have in the office and did some Christmas shopping. I have to beat the rush. Now I better go check on my Ask Cowman Forum
