Untill we make people accountable for their actions if Sane , partley insane or totaly insane we will have this problem . In most states if a person has a mental record that is an excuse for the crime they commit That shouldn't keep them from being punished .
The last person that was hung in the County I live in would have not been punshed in todays Law Courts he was a young Retared Man Tried for Murder and found guilty . I don't agree with hanging him but he should have been put where he couldn't do it again .

This is a common thing everywere even here in ILL we can sentance somebody to death but it can't be carried out bacause they can't decide on if it's humane .+ our ex Govorner George Ryan comuted all death row inmates just before he went on trial ,and now has to report to prison himself Jan 1 07 makes you wonder .

Unfortunately, this crime took place in IOWA, where thanks to a certain set of elected officials, WE DON'T HAVE the only penalty that makes sense for this particular cretin.

Since we cannot give this scum what he deserves, thanks to about fifty percent of our statehouse AND the Governor, I hope that when he goes to serve his life plus 1000years no possibility of parole sentence, that his cell is specially prepared with wall mural sized photographs of his murdered parents and sisters, all neatly preserved under a clear layer of 1 inch thick bulletproof polymer. In that manner, he can see their images every day of the rest of his life and think about why he murdered them in cold blood.

A recorded transcript of the judge sentencing him ought to be replayed for him EVERY HOUR, day and night, just in case he forgets how dispicable he is!

If we understood what he wuz thinkin then he wouldn't be a nutcase. If you CAN understand how he thinks then you a nutcase too.
Don't get me wrong...all this "he's insane an didn't know an couldn't controll hisself, etc.". Well this pap an drivel don't move my ol heart.
A rabid dog don't understand and he can't help hisself neither. So if I see one I shoot him. I feel sorry for him, but I shoot him. Anything else is too dangerous an option.
I feel the same towards these lunitics that have made the news of late. Try em an fry em. No long drawed out affair neither, if they done it who cares WHY they done it? Put em in the express line and get done with it.
Let me off this box fore I fall an hurt myself.

some people are to worried about rights of the criminals . what about the rights of those that are crime victims what did they do ? other than trying to have a life . i think these of things need to be shot , hung or something on town square and all of those in jail made to have front row seats maybe that will start some of them thinking . heartless maybe big deal justified yes criminals
need to pay for what they have done . law -abiding people need their rights restored .
