My father has a 1919 International IC 8-16 tractor that he is looking at selling. I am trying to find out what it's value is for him. The tractor was restored 30 years ago.It has some rust but it runs and drives. Any information would be helpfull, Thanks

Running 8-16s were advertised for $8500 just a few years ago. I suppose they have increased some.

Any tractor or other hard working bit of machinery nearing it's 90 th birthday is a virtual "one of a kind". There will be marks and scars etc. unique to that machine. Though International built some 33,000 plus of these tractors only a relative few will have survived. The unit's history CAN have a huge impact on it's value as well. It's originality will also affect value. At a certain level the "proper" clamps, type of wire insulation, fan belt design, and a mountain of other minuitinae will have a large impact.
In other words you need an expert. Face to face.

Such a tractor CAN be worth a ton of money, IF it is properly marketed towards the right buyers.

You might be amazed at how much or how little it is worth.
Personally I don't know who to trust on this one.
Try to find International and or Farmall owners clubs and seek out a well qualified appraiser.

WOW! Really don't know so a wild guess will have to do. Minimum $50,000. That may be too high, may be too low. Just be careful you don't let it go too cheap.
