Bore da;
Yep - still alive & kicking. Been out looking at property to buy.
Photo is cast iron seat made in the late 1880's to early 1900's by the BATE company (no relation) situated in Launceston in the county of Cornwall -far southwest of England. They made horse drawn mowers, hay tedders & rakes plus other implements. Ceased trading in the 1930's.
Very rare English seat - dont tell "her indoors" how much its worth !
Cheers David

Quite possibly "on holiday" as the Brits like to term it. We Yanks call it "vacation". "Holiday" here usually means celebrating a declared holiday. In either case, an excuse (reason) to drink. You may have missed a picture David posted recently showing David's beautiful farm and the way he has chosen to "decorate" it. Harley didn't miss it. He's still drooling!
