Satoh 370D 1st and reverse lost

Lost 1st and reverse while spiking the brakes to free clutch. I have manual. How hard is this going to be? 2nd and 3rd work fine, Am I only going to have to replace 1st and reverse? What is thier relationship? Thanks

Did the clutch free up ? Can you easily take the shifter cover off the tranny ? It may be something like a broken/bent shift fork .

Yes the clutch is free, and I can get into the top of tranny without too much problem, won't be for another 4 days or so, I will eyeball it, thanks

4 days ? it might be a good idea to block the clutch pedal down to keep it from sticking again.
