Mornin' Everybody,

By 8:30 last night I had this old chunker ready to boogie and I'm just tryin' to get all my chores done around here this morning, so I can crawl on an old tractor later in the day.

Maybe with any luck, I can get at that fall plowin' started today. Let's go! Times a wastin'! :>)

Allan

Allan,

You are one of the most Upbeat farmers in four decades! May your fuel tanks and grainbins always remain full. I truly enjoy your stories on here.

Best Regards, Matt

Allan--remember the old days when you were just turnin in for the night when it was 4am? My how things change. Nothing better than getting a jump on the world, huh? I have somewhat of a sleep problem. I go to bed bout midnight and am up 3:30 or 4:00am lots of days, and can't get back to sleep. My problem is that I have little kids and can't make too much noise around the house until at least sun-up. So I spend lots of time walking out in the woods which isn't very productive. Oh to have another work site nearby!
