Must be a bunch of them signed because I just tried and it says I can't 'til the owner clears some space in her book because it is full and won't accept anymore. I,too have dial-up but it works pretty fast. Please consider me signed in or I will try later.

I pay 15.00 a month for dsl, which uses my phone line. We are in the middle of nowhere, and last year when I bought the house from my parents, i went to have the phone turned on here, and they informed me dsl was available in the area, so I took it!

I was able to convert to Satellite for about the same cost as dial-up. I was able to drop the 2nd phone line, which saved about $30.00 / month and the ISP charges of about $20.00 / month. The Satellite costs about $50.00 / month, so the change was a no-brainer (which kind of fits me anyway . . .)

Old, unfortunately, some of us are still on dial up. I have tried to visit your site, but after waiting several minutes for the page to load, I gave up. It's not just your site, I have encountered several that are like that. Guess I just don't have enough patience.

Rusty don't feel bad thats all we have here also and believe me when my wife updates the site shes on line for hours. Just one of those things that you have to live with or pay big bucks to have the speed and I know I don't have to bucks to pay just for a little speed LOL

That's pretty much how it is here also. High speed dial-up is available, but the cost would be nearly double what I am paying now, and the service provider could not guarantee that it would be any better because I am so far out of town. The only answer seems to be a satellite connection, but that is even more expensive.
