Boy you guys are good!! The short shaft was striped off in the flex plate. We had no hydrolics and no pto. The problem could only be in one place, Got 'er split and we could see the problem right away. Off to the dealership for parts we go. Thanks again for the advise

Now that ya found the problem here is the way to put it back together also REPLACE the bearing on the PTO input even if ya think it is good replace it along with all new seals . Do not bolt the clutch and pressure plate to the flywheel then trya and make it all line up hang the pressure plate on the PTO input and the clutch disc on the transmission input replace the pilot bearing also at this time . It also helps if you take three 1/4 inch nuts and place then between the face of the pressure plate and the reless finger to hold them down this will allow you to to turn the pressure plate once you have the tractor slide back together then you go up thur the inspection hole and put the pressure plate bolts in two at a time but do not tighten then all the way down till you have them all screwed in and finger tight then rotate and tighten them down evenly two three at a time till they are all holding the plate down then finish tightening them then do the clutch adjustment trans brake adjustment and T/A dunp valve adjustment . If ya need anymore info i will be on the I H board later on this evening.
