Well this is truely a chalenge to me...Would it be bad if it just sat out doors? Or I could haul it back and forth on a trailor...I really have to choices here. But neither one is cheap...One way I have to buy a cheap truck and trailer. The other way is to buy a 48 foot long trailer that is 8'6" wide..and they are $2400.00 it seems no one good solution either way...

There is a small farm up the road from me that a guy keeps a tractor on. He got one of them $700 car port deals and bolted the legs to post a few feet off the ground to make it tall enough. Can't lock it or nothing but it works for him.
Just a thought.

Dave

You could leave it outside or maybe build a roofed canopy cheaper than buying a trailer.
You would have to narrow it way down and remove the stack to get it in there. Neighbor has two shipping containers and a 20' space in between that he roofed over and walled up one end.

Regular Axle is 89-5/8" wide. Wheel base is 100-1/4" long.Over all height 89-3/4". These are approximate figures Actual measurements depend on how rims are set on wheels, tire size, etc.I believe the long axle option adds about another 15-16" to the width.

The wheelspacing doesn't mean that much, unless you just want to get the nose in there. You will still have the axle shafts to contend with.

As long as it is not over 100 or 101 inches wide depending on whose container you get .

I saw you ask this before. Did you not get a good answer ? I don't have exact figures either, but it does depend on what setting the wheels are at. Ours is pretty wide but I think it is 8 feet wide because that's what our trailer deck is. I am sure it can be set farther in.This can become a big job if things are rusted up. On the height depending on the air and exhaust stacks I can get ours in a 7.5 foot high door I think others I take the stacks off not too bad of a job.
