Kinda, neat. They acted as wheely bars, and had toolboxes in the ends. I bet its hard to find the fenders in good shape anymore, sooner or later somone had the nose in the air.

Fordson F - notice the "flared" fenders - that was an early attempt at a ROPS. the tractor was prone to roll over backwards, so Henry designed the fenders to contact the ground and (hopefully) prevent a complete roll over.

Looks like piles of toxic dirt being protected by an old fordson to me. The sign and fence is just to call attention to it so thiefs will know where to get it. lol Bob
