Kinda, neat. They acted as wheely bars, and had toolboxes in the ends. I bet its hard to find the fenders in good shape anymore, sooner or later somone had the nose in the air.

Fordson F - notice the "flared" fenders - that was an early attempt at a ROPS. the tractor was prone to roll over backwards, so Henry designed the fenders to contact the ground and (hopefully) prevent a complete roll over.

So tell us where it is? There is a Winton NC, dont look like the parts I have been in. Winton Australia, never been there so could be. Winton Machineing in GA. Where?? Nice picture; Bob

That"s Winton in western Queensland, Australia. It"s near the Diamantina River.

Looks like piles of toxic dirt being protected by an old fordson to me. The sign and fence is just to call attention to it so thiefs will know where to get it. lol Bob
