The post by VTfarm concerning registering every head of livestock in order to be tracked in case of "Disease Outbreak" seems like an excellent beginning. Just think, after us sheep fall for this crap, how long will it be before "We require you to be implanted with this here little bitty ol' chip so we can track your every movement in case someone catches the flu. It's for your own good, you know." I thank God I'll be gone in a few years but I cringe thinking what this country will become in the lifetime of my grand daughter. Paranoid??? You bet!!!

I'm not the brightest bulb on the string and I too see this government encroachment at all levels of government.

This claim that all of these programs and personal information to protect all of us will never be available to anyone.

Ya right, tell that to the vets who just had their records stolen.

I too get really pi$$ed about this but i have faith in the American people. Excluding the left coasts, I really have faith in the long term intelligence of Americans and beleive they will eventually straighten these things out.

We can still elect candidates of our choice. As long as we have that we can change things.

My gosh, I sound like a preacher!!! Sorry about that.

It has already started here in Michigan because of the TB outbreak in the North Eastern Lower. The U.P already has been using the RFIDs to have a separate designation from the Lower and we all have to have them for cattle starting in March along with a premise ID. You only need them tagged if you are moving them off your farm. Of course the big concern is that the data base stays private but I am sure some judge will allow the goverment full access to store all the records just like they do with our gun purchases that are supposed to be destroyed after purchase.

Oh yeah, it's coming. You will have a chip implanted in your forehead or the back of your hand at birth. This ain't supposed to be a religious dissussion but it's in the Bible.
I'm just hopin' I'm dead.

I don't know of any passages in the Bible that mention computer chips.

No of course not. They hadn't harnessed electric power yet. It is called a mark and will be needed for trade. Oh yeah, it's in the Book.

Do some searching for something called MonDex.
Mon for money, Dex from the latin word for hand.
Funding for this program came from MasterCard.
The chip is being produced by Motorola
They invented an RFID chip for your personal info.
The chip is the size of a grain of rice.
They found two places on the body that it could be
implanted and work reliably. In the head or on
the back of your right hand.

I have a powerpoint presentation about it.
You can download it from the link below.
You need Power Point or the free PP viewer to watch it.

Yep, I share your long term concern.

Kind've like the Oregon plan I heard about where they want to GPS all vehicals "to insure everyone pays their fare share of road tax" that has spread to concideration in at least 4 other states and most recently by the feds. Just a start to something bigger and more sinister as far as I'm concerned. I have to think that our founding fathers are spinning in their graves, and if were alive today, the US Constitution (living document my a$$) would be more tacked down and spelled out.

Lot of sheep out there that buy into it. "If it saves one ..., just one ..., then its for our own good" because some worthless numbnuts politician whom has never done a thing of use in his or her life says so. Don't get me cranky. I get cranky easier than I used to.

Mark

Hi Cosmo,i can't help but feel your concern for the" number and not just a name anymore" type of "civilization"we live in today, but the long come short of it is we all are suffering from someone elses screw ups.i.e. all the security woes because of global terriorism, made possible because there is a small percentage of "people"in the global community who will do such a cowardly thing.Security camera's watching every move we make as a result of people who are willing to break enter and theft. The list goes on and on,but life wasn't like this 100 or even 25 years ago because these things weren't that much of a problem or even heard of.Too bad we can't go back, but there are 3-4 times the population in the world than there was then.oh well,so long as we aren't doing anything wrong, hopefully we won't be accused of somthing we didn't do,phill

How else do you think they'll prevent fraud with nationalized healthcare without the implanted RFIDs?
