well I started on the second one on the trailer, the '49 model. after filing points in mag on pony and fresh gas, fuel filters and fuel, I fired up the pony and threw the decompression lever to see what would happen and low and behold the big diesel came to life. what a joyous moment.

Excellent! I like the old two cylinder diesels also. I've got a 730 and I always enjoy starting it up. I like to pull the idle lever back so she tickes over real slow.
A thousand dollars in tires and you can try the tranny! :)
