Had to empty the whole shed to get the combine out.

When I finally found it in there it still had the corn head on but I got it switched.

Oats might go today if this dew burns off.

Wow! I wish I had one like that, back when I was in High School! All we had was old John Deere 95R's. You sat out in the open, beside a GM 6 cylinder gas engine. Hot and noisey, as well as dirty. Some of the guys were dust masks.

Already have done 50 acres rye will be doing another 40 some oats first week. The only thing I don't like small square baling behind those due to you get way less bales in volume. Other wise they do alright. found that out several years back baling behind unit with 25ft head. Baled fine you just get less bales due to broken up more. this only time of year my machine runs as Idon't do the rowcrop thingy know more, make MORE PER ACRE THIS WAY FOR ME. mines green older unit

What?

I don't understand the concept. I thought you were supposed to have to adjust, tinker, crank, oil, fix, fret and just plain worry for a week prior to going to the field.

You're trying to say that ya just pull the machine out of the shed and go? Gee, what fun is that anyway? :>)

I need to work on it for a couple of hours before its ready.

The old saying goes " it work when I put it away why wouldn't it work now"

I use air on it before I put it away last fall but no I don't believe in washing before I put them away.

Just stays clean in the shed I guess.
