hey guys let me know if you get the H unstuck I have one been working on for 2 years-- pan off looks very good down there- cyl walls don"t even look that rusty- I got this second hand someone already tried the hammer bit---broke the rear piston, still didn"t budge-- have put some of the navy rust remover advertised on TV --this stuff worked on an old adjustable wrench all rusted for years but doesn"t work on the engine- so I"ll be very interested in the outcome-- Bruce

Dan, What I have used and poured in the cylinders n let set for days at a time is a Witches Brew of Diesel Fuel and Auto Tranny Fluid and Brake Fluid. Some use Turpentine and Coca Cola and other such concoctions but Brake n Tranny Fluid n Diesel has worked for me. It will be fun to hear what brews other have used, theres all sorts of home remedies n opinions on this one fer sure.

NOTE You may wanna start by first spraying PB Blaster and/or Kroil or Liquid Wrench etc all around the cylinder rims BEFORE you add the Witches Brew or whatever other Snake Oil you decide to use.

PS I qualify for your requirements, what lil hair I have left on the sides is silver n gray for sure lol

Let us know what you do n how it works

Ol John T

Fill the cylinders with tranny fluid and let it sit a few days, then try to move them. If it doesn't move then refill the cylinders with tranny fluid and then add a table spoon of gas to the tranny fluid and lite it up and let if burn. If that doesn't work the only way will be a big hammer and a board that will just fit on top of the pistons. I have unlocked a good many engines and never even opened them up useing the tranny fluid so you may have took steps you didn't even need to take
