Yep, I can't see myself ever complaining about it though, not much different than piece of equipment, going to happen on occasion. I had some time and wrote a paragraph to help the guy asking about the 800 Ford below and when I went to post my response, it would not take, so I copy pasted it to the clipboard, figurin I'd remember it was there when the site came back up, then some darn ISP provider connectivity update needed to be done, so I re-booted and lost it. I've lost quite a few responses before I got a chance to post them here and other sites on different occasions, kind of disappointing when you want to be helpful to someone, and have to re-do it, but not much you can do except find away to back up your work, probably should have pasted into a word document and saved it, then re-copied to post when the site came back up, deleting the word document after. Instead of being miserable and complaining, which is not like me anyway, and especially having some understanding of the effort involved to keep a site like this running, the best you can do is back up your work somehow, as at least I did not lose the text, it went down when I was typing, so at least you can copy the text, although sometimes things happen too quickly, so best not to write a book, so whatever you do lose is no big deal. Interesting scenario regarding the site, I wonder what others do when in the middle of typing a response and it goes down. Like I always say, there are worse things in life ! LOL !

Don't mess with Word for this kind of stuff. Notepad is an excellent utility for such.
