Anyone familar with these tractors? Local auction has what looks like a "good one" with a loader coming up. Live PTO? Live Hydraulics? Parts available? Is it Grey Market?

What's one in good shape typically worth? This one look almost brand new but it does have an axle seeping oil.

Yes, it is a gray market model. Here is a list of domestic market Yanmars from Yanmar's web site>Link
GT>Link 14 YM 122 YM 135 YM 135D YM 140 YM 140D YM 146 YM 147 YM 147D YM 155 YM 155D YM 165 YM 165D YM 169 YM 169D YM 180 YM 180D YM 186 YM 186D YM 187 YM 187D YM 195 YM 195D YM 220 YM 220D YM 226 YM 226D YM 240 YM 240D YM 276 YM 276D YM 330 YM 330D YM 336 YM 336D

Parts from my local gray market dealer come from canibalizing tractors. Hoye Tractor claims to have parts as well as EFC Construction. Parts for my domestic market Yanmar take about 9 days IF they are in the warehouse in Chicago, 3 weeks if they come from Japan. The gray market guy says he has all the parts I would need if I just bought a gray market model, but last fall he was only dismantling one or two tractors. I bought a JD & will soon sell my Yanmar.

Live hyds... yes Live pto?... NO Whoever said it was is ignorant or a liar.

I refurbed a 1979 yanmar 1700. Figure 21 eng hp .. 17 pto... 2 banger diesel.

No PS.. .. but has a decent steering box.

I moved many many yards of dirt with a 30" dirt scoop when my house was being built. Sips fuel.. has a 8x2 tranny with high/low range.

Single stage clutch, and a 3 spd pto.. 540,760,1024 Pto stub is 1 3/8" 6 spline 'standard' pto.
