d7 3t inector pump problem

i was hopeing someone could help me in adjusting the govenor or setting the rack "pressure" on my 3t.i have cleaned the air filter ,changed the fuel filters. made sure the line are open coming from the tank but still havent helped the problem.it seems to be runnning at about half throttle not really enough to work with. the fuel pressure gauge is broke does anyone know how much pressure it should have , any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks

HI You should instaled a new fuel gage after if you have a good pression you have to check your injector you should have one no good.

WOULD BE GLAD TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU QUITE A BIT MORE THAN I CAN WRITE HERE E MAIL ME AND I WILL TRY AND GET ON THE PHONE WITH YOU SEVERAL ADJUSTMENTS BUT MOST ARE SIMPLE AND THE GOOD THING IS THAT PUMP IS PROBABLY NOT BAD
