I had an old buddy, he used to say " there are no $100 prostitutes or $10 prostitutes there are only guy willing to pay one price or the other " Ive got a feeling that applies to old tractors.

Not near what you have in it. You can buy nice ones all day long for $1500

Not what I asked, I know what run of the mill are going for. Need to know what value of "fully restored" would be.

A Case SC is not collectors item or a real working tractor so there isn't much of a market for them. Restored or un-restored there isn't much of a market for them. Maybe, if you get lucky you could get $2000 for it. If you really want to sell it you better ask $1800 or less for it.

Realisticaly Howard is right. You might be able to add about $500 to the $1,500 for nice paint ( around here the typical SCs run less than $1,500) but "Value" is what a seller is trying to get for a perfectly restored family heirloom and the buyers version of the same box of rocks. There isn't "Real" value in any of these restored tractors, just sentimental arguments with our own wallets on what to spend for memories relived. That being said, I have speant way more than typical price for a sentimental item and too have lost a lot of money on tractors I have carefully restored and needed to sell. This isn't the answer you were looking for either but is as good a answere as anyone can honestly give. Sell it for what it is worth to you and buy the same way. If you do that you will never get hurt on a deal.

Can't say for a Case, but my Oliver 1600 is insured for $10,000. Not near what I would get at auction or on the road, but it's not insured near enough for what it's worth to me. $10,000 is just what I put into it, being Grandpa's tractor and all.

Nebraska Cowman did answer your question, and he is right. $1,500 to $2,000 tops.
