wow ! that's not good we have been getting good amount of timely rains my pasture is far ahead of cows i need to have it baled lot different than last year cows ate hay all summer

we've had more than our share of rain (well not volume but timeing) and have some to replant for the 3rd time.


if you rember the weather report from "GOOD MORNING VIETNAM" well thats what our corn crop looks like in this area.....

40 inches. But some didn't come up and the smaller plants don't show up too well.

Did you plant any side by side tests (check plant compared to drilled) to do any type of yeild check on it in the fall.

I guess if it don't rain it doesn't matter does it?

both plots are in the same field but yes, if we don't get a lot of rain soon it won't matter. I've seen corn get knee-high and fall over but this won't make it that far without some help.
