Mornin' You Guys!

Well, the unexpected has happened!

Got 4 tenths of rain. Wonder if I should put up a string of grain bins and get the old combine ready? I really don't think the oats were totally dead yet when this uncommon occurance happened.

It's always somethin'. :>)

Allan

Morning Allan; I thought for sure you would have had a picture of a wet shiny red tractor to show. How long had it been since last moisture? We had a sprinkle yesterday and possible for this PM, I will get the planting done before it comes down. In the 80's starting tomorrow. Ought to give the hay a quick start. Luck to you on filling those grain bins. Maybe we (internet neighbors) should plan on getting down there to run combine! Bob

Oh Heck no, Bob.

When that rain hit the hot metal of the tractors' hood it just fizzled and boiled away. :>)

Can't remember. The last moisture was in the form of snow. :>(

Yeah, I'm gonna need lots and lots of help on getting this crop in. If I stretch it out, think I can maybe make it last two days. :>)

Wish you could take some of ours, try heading it off out there, it seems to be all coming from south of you. We are all behind on cutting hay, and most of whats been cut got rained on while it was down.
Im leaving min stand another week, if it doesnt dry up any Ill clip the top and hope for the best

Say, all our lakes here in West Central Minnesota are overflowing, flooding, etc.
How about we run a pipeline down Southeast or Southwest to share with you folks??
