mower conditioner options

i am looking for a mower conditioner to replace my sickle bar mower with i had a couple questions first is there a unit that doesnt need remote hydraulics to raise and lower the head and second is there a way to add remotes to my mf65 or to-20? thanks Chris

There are ways to add remote hydraulics to a 65. I wouldn't consider using a tractor without live PTO to run a mower conditioner.

They make a racket type thing to go in place of the cylinder on most of the MOCOs. Its a pain to use since you can't raise or lower it with out gewtting off the tractor but I did use one for the first 2 years I had my NH460 moco. And yes you can add remotes to either of those tractors if first you can find the controls and 2 you have to $$ to buy them once you find a set.
