Need some ideas on how to get sticker adhesive off of tractor seat. I replaced two seats and on the back rest of each new seat was a sticker about 5 inches square. The stickers came off with no problems but now I have adhesive from the stickers on the seats that doesn't want to come off. Any ideas how to get it off without doing damage to the seat ?

Try some peanut butter. The peanut oil is the best for removing stickey stuff.

I think Go-Jo hand cleaner would work.

I would try rubbing alcohol.

I'll second the motion for rubbing alcohol.

I use WD-40 to get sticky tape off of stuff, and it works, I would just check it first for discoloration of the seat.

Mike,
I was told one time that WD40 will work? Is your seats vinyl? Try a small area to see if it works. I have used carb cleaner at one time it was stuck on there so bad I used lacquer thinner light amounts.
Try a small portion of it in a small area. May cause discoloration?
Good luck,
Mike

Try "Goo Gone" available at grocery and hardware stores. Works great.

I like to use parts cleaning solvent. It is petroleum and cuts glue better than anything i have tried.Drys in a few minutes after you wipe it off.
