If you're looking for information on EEC's, then you would look towards the engine manufacturer, not the chassis builder. IH/Navistar is basically an assembler of outside parts these days, unless you're talking about light-medium duty trucks. Don't know what fourms you would look to though. Most guys in these parts are finding that the cheapest solution with EEC problems is at the dealer... not that that's cheap either. HTH.

Can't help with a web site but if you need parts for the larger type about 1970 give or take a few years let me know I have 3 or 4 of them out in the junk yard as I call it
