I just noticed the newly mounted tire on my tractor was flat. This was very concerning to me. I went to re-inflate it, and saw the sidewall was ripped from the bead for about a foot or so. Tires ruined, and the tube must be too cause it leaked all the air out. Now, I'm back worse than where I started because I have to get that old tire back off. I guess it serves me right for using a tire in that condition. Times like these I get discouraged about that tractor...almost want to sell the parts and get rid of the damned thing. I'd appreciate if you could convince me otherwise :(

Know how you feel. I just had new tires put on my service truck, at around $250 a pop, about three weeks ago. Went out Saturday morning and found my left otside tire flat with a 3/8x2 bolt sticking through it. Oh well,I plugged it trmporarily so it'll to get me 8 miles to the tire shop in the morning where they can pull it and patch it on the inside. It all comes down to the saying old saying...SH-- Happens.....

You already own the tractor. If you have any use for it at all remember it is cheaper to own it than to acquire one. I just lost a rear tire last weekend, too. I've been able to see the air in it for the last several years. The replacement I have for it may not be any good either. I need to try to check it out soon. Good luck with yours.

Well if you are looking to sell, I am always looking to buy. LOL Don't worry to much about the tire and other problems that come up so much. Unless it is brand new with 0 hours on it there will always be an issue or two. That is why we love this hobby so much. Playin with them and workin on them. At least in my neck of the woods. Keep it around you will be happier.
