After having a great day of plowing had to go and screw something up. wouldn't call myself a farmer without breaking something.

Looks like the little triangle gusset was missing and it allready had started to crack ?

Triangle gusset? Actually for some reason when they welded it together at the factory there was not alot of metal contact, being that at the joint there was a half of an adjustment hole. I Already had the other side break. When we welded that side back together we welded it together alot like the axle on my Massey allowing for alot more weld surface and strength.

if you want to permanantly remedy that problem, there is a place in western iowa that takes wide fronts off of 4640"s and 4650"s and so on and convert them to fit under the New Generation sieres tractors. the web address is www.edbeem.com
