You need to be more specific about the Gravely. Is it a 2 wheel tracotr or a 4 wheel? They made several of both that are similar, but in there own way different. Depends on the model and its age. Some had there own engines, Model L, started being made in the early 1950s, or earlier These all use the same rings regardless of exactly what year. Stopped being made in the mid 70s. Some had Kohler Engines Sometime around the late 60s these came about, kind of replaced the ones with the Gravely engine, design of the machine unchanged except the engine. Parts can be gotten from any Kohler dealer, as well as NAPA and several other aftermarket parts suppliers Some had Briggs Engines Later 70s I think Available from any Briggs and Stratton dealer, as well as aftermarket sources. Mostly found on the 4 wheel tractors and Some had Onan Engines. some even had Robin engines, but those are the fairly new ones from the later 80s Parts are still available for them all. Onan parts are a tad pricey however. I strongly suggest you join this Yahoo Group. Link Its 100% free, there are over 2500 members, and its extremely active. Its well moderated to keep spam out.
