Would someone like to check out their old implement equipment barns tool shed etc, I need to cut a trench to put in a water line and power cable . Q, would that break thru the top crust or are they only used in ploughed fields.
Oh, 3pt setup.
Price would be helpful.
Thanks.

Ken, it will deffently go through the hard pan, I pull mine 22" deep. You might want to check to see how deep you have to go, another thing is most places you can't run elect and water in the same trench. Where I live the water has to be 5'deep and power only 36" deep.Just something to think about
good luck
Ron
I have one for sale but it takes atleast 180 horses to pull it.

Ken, I don't have one but yes it will work. You say you want to break the crust? Why not go ahead and pull the water line and cable in with the sub soiler? Make a couple of dry runs to break any roots or anything in the way. Then tie your lines to the subsoiler and have at it. The only shoveling is at each end. I've done several hundred feet per pull easily. This unsolicited advice is worth every cent you paid for it.:) Regards, Cosmo
