Just purchased a 4041 and was using it yesterday with the rear blade and when I set the throttle I would grade across yard and most of the time when I would get ready to stop the engine had revved up and I would have to back the throttle back down and then back up again when i started grading again does this have something to do with the govenor or what. The throttle cable would never move so it is tight. Any help would be appreciated.
