I am going to be putting up a shop for my tractors this spring. I like the low maintenance of the steel pre fab buildings. I want a few prices to compare. Who else makes these besides Morton and Rhino? That is all I have found so far. How does everyone like theirs? Thank you.

I have a 30x75 Butler put up by a local contractor, L.A, Brett & Sons in Wadley, Ga. and have been very pleases with both the building and the contractor.

I'll 2nd finding a local contractor.

I'm about to get a 30X40 built with 12' walls and a 12' overhead door + 1 entry door and one 4x3 window for $12,150 including the slab.

One of my co-workers had one built by this guy last year and I looked at his and was pretty impressed with the overall building.

FWIW, Nathan

I agree, I had a local building supply price it out and they had one for me & one at my sons for far less money. If you have some time, I think a guy could do well with a quonset type. I am considering it for my next one, have the cement poured, and then have an old fashioned barn raising with barbecue and all. I have worked on many new shops and garages for friends so think I could count on help.

Check around for a local contractor that specializes in these..I've got two now that are built like the mortons, from a local..I've got less in the two than Morton wanted to build one..
