Boy!

What a sloppy mess today! 50 degrees and water running everywhere 'cause it snowed all night last night.

Oh well, first time we've seen the sun in two weeks and we'll sure take the moisture.

At least it's going to be nice and wet when all melted and things will plow good later. Suppose to just get chances of rain here again tomorrow, Wed, and weekend and we are ready for more wet. Last one barely got it slick.

Heck, I dunno.

Just been buying the tools that I'll need to do the job without having to "borrow" from the neighbors. Think I'm about caught up 'cept for maybe a grain auger and the cattle yet.

Otherwise, I think the childrens' inheritance is about all gone. :>)

One of those days when you gotta have sunglasses on all day! Bright sunshine and lots of snow on the ground. Makes me squint even to think about it.

Is it just my eyes, or does your pickup have a bit of a twist to it?

We won't see black dirt for a couple weeks yet - will be a few after that before we can even think about playing in it.

Nothin' wrong with yer eyes Jay. Right rear wheel is setting in a hole. :>)

Things are just "nicer" with the sun; puts a feller in a better mood all the way around.

Congrats! Too many cloudy days are hard on the psyche. It's about 55 and clear here in Nashville, TN. Just enjoy that snow seeping down into the ground while you can.

Yeah,

One of these days I'll be bellyachin' bout it being so darned dry.

Always liked Nashville. Neat town; haven't been back there in years and 'spose it has all changed now. Printer's Alley still there?

Yeah but probably wouldn't want to see what's printed there now. We walk down through there every few months during lunch break to make sure it's still there. South of Broadway a block is the big new Country Music Hall of Fame - and Ernest Tubb's Record Shopp, Gruhn's Guitars, and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge are still on Broadway. Some other stuff like Hard Rock Cafe, Wildhorse Saloon and smaller places are along lower Broad or up 2nd Ave. About enough stuff to wear you out just looking on a long afternoon. Opry Mills replaced the theme park and the hotel has a huge greenhouse area now. Kids play soccer a lot now but softball still rules.
