A fellow I work with had the same problem with filters for his Kubota. A guy at the local NAPA who was pretty sharp (one of the few) matched NAPA filters to the Kubotas, and the prices went from $22-$26 down the less than 4 bucks each. I've switched from buying Fram to WIX filters. A friend of mine got to cutting open and comparing oil filters and found out how Walmart can sell them so cheaply.

Probably Fram

There is a lot of markup for the name. Most items like that are contracted out.

Thank heavens they don't sell AGCO brand fuel.

(Shouldn't talk too soon, noticed my new Mustang says "Ford recomends BP fuel" right on the gas cap)

If it meets the manufacturers specifications, any brand should be fine.

I also noticed some AGCO filters were very expensive. I use either Fram from tractor supply or NAPA filters. Sometimes they are quite a bit cheaper, and i have been using them a long time and never had a problem with them. I don't know who makes AGCO filters, but i bet its not AGCO.

I know WIX makes atleast some of them, same as Carquest. Sometimes I get mine from the local Automotive Supply (better then our local NAPA) They sell Federated (Hastings). Prices seem about the same from either Agco or Automotive for our tractors.
