Just thought I would show my latest creation - a very similar thing has been posted on here before, which is where I got the idea. (hopefully the picture posts or I'll be going back thru the forums to find out how)

Don't know what's going on, but when I left click on the red x, then click on properties, then highlight and copy the url, paste it into the address bar, it takes me directly to the picture, and when I come back to the forums, the picture mysteriously appears right where every has posted it. Come back later and it is gone again.

jknapper, am curious do you have out-riggers to keep from twisting the frame?

I have my crane mounted right beside the tongue, on front on my trailer. I have out-rigger that can be dropped down on the ground to stop trailer frame from twisting when I pick up something heavy. And swing it around to load.

I use the same out-riggers on back corners of my trailers to keep trailer from dropping down when I load tractors or anything else that is heavy.

Everything in blue came as a unit. The base welded to the trailer is made from 3/8" x 10 5/8" square plate, and then took another plate of same size and cut diagonally for gussets. I have some very heavy logs to lift with it so will really put it to the test this week
