Seems like there's quite a few questions around here about trucks. Is there a possibility of a new forum page devoted to pick-ups? I know there's one for classic trucks, but not modern. Just a thought.

Be forewarned that thedieselstop.com is probably the most idiotic and useless website there is for late model Powerstrokes. Consists mainly of crybabies who have "chipped" their pickups, added nitrous, or other "improvements", had said "improvements" destroy the engine or transmission, they cannot get it through their head why Ford will not warranty the vehicle.
Or the typical "high school Harry", who is dreaming of his ultimate truck, or wanna-bee truck drivers, who equate their pickup with a Class 8 truck.
The whole site is nothing but idiotic comments, along with sponsers (advertisers) shilling their non-proven, warranty-voiding products, and imbecilic questions and answers on the order of "how do I add air to my tires", or "my windshield is dirty, and I want Ford to buy back my vehicle"
It is laughable in all respects.
It was originally called Ford DieselStop, but FMC shut it down because of its illegitimacy.

Most of us use pickup trucks in the course of our normal farm work. Some more than others. Other websites devoted to pickup trucks will find the boaters, off-roaders, fisherman, etc., but not many farmers. My neighbors use their pickups to tow heavy loads of silage, hay and grain out of the fields and then down the roads to home place. As for me, I go with a smaller pickup and rely on the tractor and wagon method of hauling loads but then, I don't have to haul loads very far. In fact, I use my tractor and heavy flatbed wagon to go to town to pickup heavy things but town is only 4 miles.
