How many "Cold Cranking Amps" do I need for my 6V battery in 20 degree weather?

I have a 140 tractor.

Wayne, in addition to and as important as the HIGHEST CCA RATED BATTERY THAT WILL PHYSICALLY FIT as posted below, use large Gauge Battery n Starter n Ground cables such as 0 or even 00 on 6 volt systems and have the ground cable attached to a main frame type bolt as opposed to any thin or rusty sheet metal enclosure, the closer to or on the starter as possible.

I use a New Holland F220 battery in my 48 8N. It has 625 cca and my tractor will start at 20 below here in Maine. I just replaced it this year after 7 years of service.

As Jon has said you want the most CCA that you can find in a bayyerty that will fit in to the place you have to put it in. There are other thing to think about also. Where you park the tractor and how often you use it.
