After reading many threads about un-sticking engines, I've found that one person could never decide which substance to use if their engine is stuck. I've heard ATF, brake fluid, diesel, Liquid Wrench, PB Blaster, Kroil, Mystery Oil, even Coca-Cola. The list grows ever larger. Maybe we should have a laboratory do a test on which actually works the best. I bet they couldnt come up with a solid answer, either.

Over the many years that I have worked on engine and tried all of that stuff theres 2 that have worked better for me. These 2 are tranny fluid and turpentine, on there own or mixed depending on differant things. I've done the oil, diesel, PB and most of the others and how found the 2 I talked about to work best, hands down.

But have you ever tried the tranny fluid and turpentine?? I've done the brake fluid thing and even tried oil with it and found tranny fluid to work faster and better.

Well if you think brake fluid melts it you should try turpentine it melts rust like brake fluid but faster also.
