My condolences to you Kim. Your blog was a very nice memorial to your sister, and a mirror into your heart. I envy you that you had that kind of relationship with your sister. I share a similar relationship with my brothers, and your blog makes me just want to try harder. Thanks for the wake-up call. My prayers are with you.

Kim, heres a couple things which may bring some comfort to you n the family, I always liked them in times of loss.

"What thought the radiance which was once so bright be now forever taken from my sight, Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass of glory in the flower, We will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind" From "Ode" by William Wordsworth

And the Bible Verse, Thought weeping endureth through the night, joy cometh in the morning.

God bless her n you n the family

Kim - My prayers are also with you at this time. I lost my wife just 2 weeks ago and it is hard adjust. Sharon's motto was "one day at a time" and favorite verse was "A man can only begin to grasp the real meaning of life when he plants a tree, under which shade he knows he will never sit." Your sister sure planted her "tree".

Thanks Jay. Sharon had delt with Multiple Sclerosis for over 30 yrs and had just come through a really tough summer when a massive heart attack took her. No matter how prepared one is for possible death, when it does come, it's still a shock! Sharon sure "planted a lot of trees" in her 58 yrs.
