I have a 4010 gas JD, I only use it to plow snow in the winter and rides for the kids in the summer. It has new tubes/tires with 16.9 on the rear, 11L 15 on the front, I believe that both are 6 ply. No extra weight on the back (8' blade on the back), 2 extra pads on the front. How much air pressure should I run in them? Right now I run about 18psi in the back and 50psi in the front. This seems to be doing alright. Just came up in conversation yesterday and now I'm not real sure. Any help would be appreciated. Mike

35# is more than enough for the front tires.50# will give you some bounce you don't need especially during road travel.16-18# on the rear is about right.
