Yep been there done that. Sure wish I could find the parts to fix my truck up. It would really make one heck of a tractor hauler and also be a eye popper to boot. 1963 Diamond-T 990 raod tractor that has been stritched 24 inches and a dump bed put on. I blew #2 cylinder sleeve and haven't been able to find one for it.

Yep its a cummins 190/220. All I need is one sleeve and piston for it other wise it would run. I'd like to restore it and remove the dump bed and then use it to hual my tractors to the shows. I think it would be pretty neat to haul the old iron on some old iron.
Thanks I do have the sleeve numbers if that would help

I have a 220 cummins that is still complete i dont remember what shape the block was in though but if you not to far away i can probably bring you the whole engine and then you would have lots of extra parts. most time though when a liner comes loose the counterbore is all messed up. I also have a 250 that should still run ok and will fit right in.

Well what happened to this sleeve was it started to leak antifreeze in to the cylinder and of course that put the antifreeze in to the oil pan. I'm in Missouri at the lake of the ozarks. I've been tring to find parts for this truck since 2000. Thanks e-mail is open by the way

OLD That sounds like a good tractor hauler I found my truck well over a year ago it had a mestup title and the guy didnt want to sell it to me that way but i kept working on him he made me a deal on it he gave me what paper work he had
and i went to the tag office gave the lady my paper work and $5.00 and had a title in 2 weeks
then i shorten my truck 48" and added my hitches so far i love it i should have done it years ago
