Thanks, Ray. It is an Optima inline made by Cedar Valley Arms.

What kind of gun? Inline? I ran into a problem with mine.... Blow by around the primer cap and nipple covered the scope underside with burnt powder stains within a few shots. I fabricated a shield over the primer port out of sheet aluminum, and fastened it to the rifle with the screws that held the 2 piece scope rings to the receiver. In other words it sits over the receiver, under the scope mounts. Makes access to the primer area a little crowded, but I have to use a capping tool anyway. Other than that, a good scope that you would use with a regular rifle will probably work just fine. I chose a rather large objective for mine, because of greater light gathering ability. Here in Michigan, the muzzle season is in December, and daylight comes late, and ends early.
