Mornin' Guys,

Yesterday, I finally drug this old rat home and spent the day movin' big round bales and clearin' a lot of old dead timber out of the tree rows.

Think I'll name this one "Miss Piggy", 'cause she's gonna be a challenge to clean up, to say the least. :>)

Mornin' Rich,

I like the tractor and all, just not a real big fan of the DuAl loaders; never have been. Too derned many of those old Farmhands in my past, I guess. :>(

Heck, come get 'er. My "herd" is gettin' to be more than I can handle anyways. :>)

A diamond in the rough, if you ask me.

Yesterday I was doing some repairs in IL and missed the exit and found myself heading out west on Rt30, and thought it didn't look familiar, but kept driving anyway, until it really didn't look familiar. Ran across what I thought was a bone yard of... I saw IH, Case, Green, and you name it all back on some land. But what caught my eye was the 1150 Massey settin up near the road in some trees and bushes. It looks fixable. When I finally got to my job, I asked the guy (a collector of your red) about that bone yard east of the Case/IH dealer. He thought a few and said that aint a boneyard, that guy just runs them into the ground then lets them set. Hmmm???? Might have to stop by next time over there. Hope he don't think I'm a revenuer disguised in a phone truck and take a couple of shots. Ha Ha Ha Ha.

That's a V8 in that 1150. They're all diamonds in the rough Allan, even if we do call them, affectionately, pigs. LOL.

Man, it's light out and I aint even had my shower. Son of a gun. I've gotta go.

Mark

Looks bettern the last one I drug home! I think you will have a naughtier name once that North wind starts blowing up your pant leg buddy! The best people I have ever met have given me the same "a little rough" first impression.

She looks just fine!

Dunno Bill,

There is just something that is "calming" about operating an open station tractor. Maybe I'm just reliving my youth 'er somptin'. :>)

Mornin' Tim,

Don't know just how much "Blood, sweat and tears" I'm gonna put in this one. Bought is as a purly functional piece of machinery, but I'm so darned picky it'll probably get the "treatment" as time goes on. :>)

Okay, I'll be thinkin' 'bout ya this evening....Gotta work a function two towns over myself tonight. I let 'em in for free, but charge 'em $5 a head to get out. :>)

Allan;

The only problem with the open station tractors is they seem to have the ac and heating system just the opposite of what it should be.
Good luck,be careful and stay well.
