Just looking for some acreage in or around Coolin ID or Sandpoint ID. Dirt roads preferred.

Would also consider Noxon, MT or the surrounding area. Gonna be a long haul moving old iron from FL to there.

From now until the end of Feb is the time to buy in the areas you mentioned. Land is skyrocketing in value around here so every day you wait it is going to cost you more. My neighbor was offered 100K more for his 10 acres than he paid for it two months ago. The good thing is that sales slow to a crawl here in the winter if the snow is up to the hood on your SUV. Not to cold this last winter, just got down to minus 23. Been raining for 3 days and it is getting a lot cooler so a lot of people headed to AZ for a few months. LOL
