John Deere MTW Opinion needed

I have always liked the little John Deere M's, and have a few in the shed. Today I ran across an MTW John Deere. I've seen quite a few MT's around, but not one with a wide front. It has brand new tires on the rear, good fronts, beautifully straight sheetmetal, no cracks in the front end, and runs very nice. Price is $3200 firm. I would never pay that for an M, but I didn't know if an MTW is worth that much. I'd love to have one, but want to pay a price that is within reason. Please let me know what you think of that price. I appreciate your opinions.

I've been out of the price loop a few months now but I think 32 is a decent price...

It may not be too far out of line ? Depends on condition. I saw a regular MT sell for $3500 it had new paint (real good) and tires the rest was just a real good tight tractor. I almost bought it as I knew the tractor as I had sold it before it was fixed up. I think I got $1900 for it. I'm sure they had more than $3500 in it because it needed alot of parts before.

Just an opinion, but I don't think that an MT, even with wide front, is worth that much. Maybe restored, I don't know. It seems the M's sell pretty high around here (Md) that is why I don't have one.
