Does any company make a oil fired floor furnace anymore. I purchased one about 15 years ago made by Hiel but can't find one now. It has a gun type burner. Will probably need another one soon . Who makes one now. Thanks.

We had one for about 30 years. Replaced it with a whole house type, added central air. Only way to go.

A downdraft? Yes - there are several. I'm pretty sure Hiel still makes one. Have you asked your furnace man?

Jay , I asked the dealer I purchased the Hiel from and they won't even admit they sold one to me 15 years ago. SOmeone says Federal makes on but I can't find a Federal dealer.

Try looking on the Grainger website. They used to sell gas floor furnaces. Maybe they carry an oil one also.
