The high-low on your tractor is an accessory. It was probably made by Sherman or Howard. There is a few of them around, not a lot, but rare enough to give your tractor bragging rights. If it is a straight thru, and lower gears, it would probably give you slow enough travel to use a roto tiller. If it is straight thru, and speed up or overdrive, I don"t know how much good it would be, except to give you a faster road gear. They were real popular on the 9N and 2n Fords with the 3 spreed transmission.

The high-low range has been added as an acessorly. Probably either a Sherman, or a Howard.
