Well, finally added a Green one to my fleet after 30+ years of being Red! Haven't touched one of the Green Two Lungers in a long time and one came up on auction a week ago and I couldn't let that nice running clean JD B sell for only $700 so I bid it on up and got it for about double that. Sure runs nice! 1947 year with so-so tires. Not bad paint but far from new. Wife likes it so I am home free. My Red ones look a little rejected tho!!!! ha ha

Why not just paint a farmall green? Saw an "h' painted green on this site some where(cant find it now:() Said something like "John Deere's dream tractor" To be honest it looked good. Father in law would castrate me for that.

Seriously, glad you bought a green one. Glad to see people buying different colors, I get tired of all the red vs. green stuff. I am a green guy, but hope one day to have red, and other colors, in my shop alongside the green. It's all old and endangered species in my opinion.
