I believe that is the same person I sent money for an air breather. I waited and waited and did not receive it. I emailed him several times and no response. I did a phone look up of the name and address and called and left a message. He refunded my money shortly after that. He said the air breather he had was in worse condition than he originally thought and he was trying to find a better one to send me.

I guess these guys have always been around. I work for a small city that recently hired one for a city Addm. Paid a company $15,000 to find him and he started out at $80,000 a year. After a few months we {the staff} began to question his ability to do the job. After a 15 min. search on the internet, we found that he had been fired from other cities for the same job performance problems. He gets $40,000 when he's fired per his contract

Is it a Kim Kimmel from Magnolia MN. I ha a similar problem with a taxidermist years ago. I wrote up a letter based on some legal advice to deliver the goods( I had been waiting for 3 years to get my mounts) and sent a certified letter. I demanded he contact me in 1 week or I would contact the BBB, file a suit against him, and a few other things that would lose him business. He called me in 3 days of receiving and said" Hey, got yer mounts all ready for ya, been trying to call you but never could get ya". He had 3 #'s for me and had my mailing address. What a liar. Before the letter demanding suit he did not return calls, didnt answer the phone, would not come to the door when I about pounded it down, then put up a sign saying no one will be allowed in with out an appointment by phone. Send a cert letter demanding refund or suit.

We had something like this on the A-C web site a couple of years ago involving a local character taking someones money and not delivering a steering wheel. I turned him in to our state's Secretary of State office. They have an internet fraud division. I would bet your state and his does also. You have nothing to lose by reporting him. oh, yeah, The guy finally got his steering wheel. Best of luck.

I see where there are some pretty negative statements on this person in the Buyer Seller Forum.

Well Lets Hope that someone has Caught up with Ole Kim Kimmel and had the Opportunity to ACTIVATE His Dental Plan . Its to bad that People like him (or her ) give this business a Bad Name . I will say for the Most Part , The people I have met and dealt with since I got involved with Antique Farm Tractors ( Farmalls to be precise ) are what I would consider Gentlemen . Say what they mean ,,,, and Do what they say !!

I purchased 2 different items from e-bay and they showed pictures of the items and they were not what I what I received. One was a fast hitch drawbar that looked new and when I received the item it had 4-5 welds on it. I e-mailed the seller and he told me he would make it right on the next order but that won't happen. They're out there--be aware

Don't know him but had a guy respond to an ad I placed for an IH feed grinder I wanted to buy. Fella sent me pics and everything and we were all set to go until he told me he had to have money BEFORE I came down to inspect it. Seems he needed it to buy tractor parts and couldn't wait. Of course he would refund it if I did not want the grinder after seeing it. How he could do that when he had spent the money on parts I do not know and still don't....because he never got the cash. Buyers need to watch their step with some of these people. Just want to say in closing that exactly the OPPOSITE is true with almost everyone I have dealt with here. Good people and reliably honest. Exchange a few emails and you will be able to tell.
