Just a point here.9Ns could be equipped with front or rear mounted bucket loaders by several manufacturers,BUT what are your plans?Though very handy for loose material loading, snow, etc, however you use of "shovel" concerns me.Don't expect to be doing any "digging" as such.Neither the N,nor the"loaders"for them are designed/built for this.
Have seen alot of busted up light loaders/tractors that uninformed owners thought were bulldozers. With patience, time and a boxblade or rollover 3pt scraper an N can do a lotta dirt moving in a"scrape loose and drag" fashion but diggins' best left to a dozer or backhoe. Just MY opinions.

You can put a scoop on the 3-point, they are available new at Northern Hydraulics or you may find one used at an old equipment dealer. You can also get a Pat Paulson loader Link that will fit on a 9n or an 8 n. Good luck.

You can mount them on the 9N. The steering will become harder to turn but if your tires are loaded and you put rear wheel weights on, it will balance the tractor better. Some people add a 3pt. weighted device in lieu of wheel weights. I have two 8N`s with loaders and like them both. Both have loaded tires while only one has the rear wheel weights. Sometimes loaders are available on this site in the classified ad section or photo ads. You might post an ad and also go to the Ford 9n 2n 8n forum on this site asking if anyone has one available.
